I finally managed to attend and complete my sports climbing course.
Now I am certified to climb!
Anyway, it was a whole day event and my limbs are numb and tired out. I could even floss properly.
It is a fun and tough workout. I hope I can increase my upper body strength after a few months of climbing.
I can't reach the top yet, but someday I will...
Meanwhile, climbing anyone?
